Tom Rotmans, the company's founder and managing director, is a seasoned executive director and consultant with experience working across borders in the fields of investment & market analytics, data governance, and data management. He held global leadership roles in these fields at Fortune 500 companies like Hitachi Energy, Heineken International, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Although his services are not limited to big players, he has advised many other businesses, ranging from start-ups to scale-ups, in addition to creating customized plans for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
His experience in both government and commercial projects is extensive. Tom's early involvement in State Security (the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs and Security & Justice) was a significant factor in the international settings he would later work in.
Project Administration, (Master) His next major endeavors were in data management and consulting, where he worked on business/IT alignments, process optimizations, and ERP transitions. He established Rotmans Consultancy & Business Development in this field of specialization.
In his twenties, Tom modeled for numerous agencies in North America and Europe. He worked on numerous commercial productions here. At a local Dutch media outlet, he produced and hosted his own TV program, which included covering sporting events and news stories.
